The OPEN Platform is the workspace and meeting place for people working on PLACES as well as a “science in society” resource centre.
The OPEN Platform is just that – open. It’s for people from any number of projects or networks who want to contribute to PLACES.

City Partnerships arise from science communication institutions forming alliances with local policymakers. There are currently 69 City Partnerships in the PLACES project representing 27 European countries.
Science communication institutions form the structure of the PLACES project. They form alliances with like-minded organizations and work toward influencing science communication policy in their communities.
