The PLACES of Scientific Culture conference in Bremen is the fourth and final annual conference of the PLACES project. The first three were dedicated to the development of recommendations and policies through workshops and talks, basically for the participating City partnerships.
The Bremen conference, 10-12 March 2014, is open to a considerably larger group of cities, regions and partnerships. Invitations to participate are sent to other cities and regions of the three networks, Ecsite, Eusea and ERRIN, and to smart cities, twin cities and other cities and regions where we believe there is a basis to form partnerships of city/region and science communication resources.
Please feel free to nominate your own city or region! Send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with some information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The conference is free of charge, and there is a budget allowing travel costs to be reimbursed up to 600 euro per person, or maximum 1200 euro per city/region.
